ATI Radeon 9100 problems

Hi
I've bought a Sapphire ATI Radeon 9100 128Mb.
All ok but with Flight Simulator 2002 Pro I've a great problem.
In the sky, at the horizon, I see always a bad band of uniform sky color,not
modeled, 6-7cm
thick ,and it also covers the land and the sea.
My system is:
Win XP + SP1
Cpu AMD Athlon Xp 2400+
M/B Abit NF7-S
512 Mb DDR 400Mhz
Radeon 9100 128Mb
DirectX 9a
My drivers (found now in Sapphire site ):
28/04/03 6.14.10.6343 catalyst 3.4 and relative Control Center
Can you help me?
I've improved my system with this card to enhance FS 2002........
I think this isn't a setting problem.
