Little did I know I was flying an Iraqi aircraft!!

Here's my formula for picking an airplane

"I got blue colors.....green textures on the ground......a few clouds...now all I need is brown and beige......hey! this plane looks good. It's got all kinds of pretty colors! <click> !!!

Thanks Rondo! Yeah the views build up pretty quick.
1. As the views increase so do the expectations
2. as expectations increase, ratings decrease
3. as ratings decrease, expectations decrease
4. as expectations decrease, views decrease
5. Then my videos eventually surpass the low expectations
6. causing ratings to increase and views to increase..and around we go!!

We have some great video-makers on this group...MikeW, Mad Mike and
even Crash Lander. If any of them stopped making either videos or
other contributions, it would be our loss indeed. Your videos were
missed while you were busy with your life and all we can do is hope
and wish for another one such as this latest effort, to show up.

Yes, we can live without them, but dammit, they really add a spicy
touch to our interest in aviation. In my opinion, you can't make a
bad video....but if you do, it's likely we won't say anything at all.

I totally agree with SE! I feel guilty that I haven't contributed, but I
really don't have the concentration any more. I really appreciate the
videos that are posted, by anyone.

Hi Doug,

I'm still waiting on delivery of a graphics card, even though I paid for
it, with an Aus' company, over a week ago now...

Because I'm continuing with my preference for removable drive trays
(SATA II) this time, I'm going to use two operating systems - Xp Pro 32-bit,
as usual, and Vista Ultimate 64-bit (I'll be, I think, using the Classic
Windows view, and be turning off all the security stuff, Aero, blah, blah,
but that's going to be part of the fun of having a look at it all......).

They're not shy about charging for Windows these days - Vista Ultimate,
which gives you both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions, on the same DVDs, was ~
$AUS500!
