Are there any aviation maps of airports which show the different
taxiways, parking areas, etc.?

The old standby, for the US, is airnav.com.

It shows the sectional image, a real picture if available and the
airport chart showing all the taxiways. Also the instrument approach
charts for any instrument approaches they may have.
