I just got the same joystick. When I installed the joystick buttons 3 and 4
were for the elevators and 5 and 6 dealt with the flaps. Three and Four are
the bottom two buttons on top the joystick, 5 and 6 are on the top of the
joystick. These are the default assignments. For some reason it will not let
me assign actions to the last four numbers. When I first hooked it up I lost
the action buttons on the panel for the radio, GPS, and map functions. This
afternoon everything works just fine.
