FS2004 load probs on Win2000Pro

I got FS04 and when i try to load the game, my comp
restarts. Now i got Counter-strike and hove no problems
playing online and hense, no hardware problems like many
solutions suggest. The re-boot doesn't apply to Win2000 so
there has gotta be something else...
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
