Ok Sparky here's the deal....I cannot get FS9 to open on my computer. When I double click on the icon the CD-ROM drive fires up (with CD#4 in there) but no simulator. If I check under the system processes tab on Windows task manager I see that there is a FS9.EXE running but, still, no simulator. I tried a full uninstall and reinstall several times with the same results. When I go to look for the FS9.CFG in the C:/Documents and settings/user name/application data/Microsoft there is no FS9 file in there. Now, I made sure that the "show hidden files" option is checked in the control panel view tab, and still, no FS9 file is shown. I even went to Microsofts websight: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/837195 for help but cannot get past #4 because of the missing FS9.CFG file. I know that starting FS9 will create a new FS9.CFG file but since I can not get FS9 to come up I can not create a new one. Any help?Crazy

Try looking for an FS2004 no cd patch and try running it with that and re-post and lemme know what you come up with..Also post your system specs so we can rule out a problem there.
