FSX: Acceleration Activation Problem Not logged in -   Reply

G'day,
I recently bought FSX: A, and after installing it with FSX Deluxe, it asked
me to activate - I typed in the Product Key, and it stated that activation
was successful - unfortunately, when the game loaded, it was running in demo
mode, with no multi player and a 30 minute time limit. I restarted the game -
and re-installed it numerous times but am getting the same problem. Every
time the game starts, it asks me to activate it - which i 'supposedly' do,
but get exactly the same problem every time.
I went to the MS Support website - where it asked me to enter the product ID
for free support - which I did (I was asking for help in the "Microsoft
Flight Simulator X: Acceleration Expansion Pack" section), but it told me the
product ID i had used belonged to Microsoft Zoo Tycoon: Extinct Animals.

At this point I absolutely baffled as to what I can do - If I can't even get
Microsoft Support!

I am using FSX: Acceleration, which was installed successfully on top of FSX
SP2

Thank you,
Nathan Laing

I seem to remember a post like this - down to the "ZooTycoon" bit - a
while ago. Was this you? If not, then try a search and see if you can
unearth the post and any resolution. If it was you, I'm sorry you
haven't found a solution yet. It sounds like something got messed up in
the Registry.
