FSX White screen with cursor over instruments

Shortcut  

FSX White screen with cursor over instruments Not logged in -   Reply 
When I drag the cursor over the instruments there's a brief period when all
or part of the screen goes white and action pauses. Running Win XP with SP2.
Installed FSX SP1 and SP2. New computer with 3DMark06 score of 10300. Latest
Nvidea driver for my 8800 GTS 640 Mb. 4Gb ram. Intel Q6600.

I have the Nvidia 7300GS/512 meg , 2 gigs RAM, and I get white flashes
with pauses now and then. I just credit it to FSX and live with
it. I get quite a few other anamolies as well such as flashing clouds
and disappearing progressive taxi markers. Very annoying but normal
behaviour, I think.
