FSX delux + acceleration

Have fsx and acceleration have done the activation got the activation message
ok,go into game fsx is in demo mode try activating again...fsx still in demo
mode despite getting the activation ok message,14 attempts later including a
phone attempt still not activated.Tried to go through microsoft help got my
product id off the screen in flightsim and got told by microsoft that i was
actually playing zoo tycoon o_O please help.FSX without acceleration works
and activates just fine its the expansion causing this problem.
