I don't know where on Vista that FSX stores it 'logbook.bin' file, but a
search should find it. In XP, when FSX chokes like yours I delete this
file and try again. *Most* of the time this works.
After every third or fourth flight I copy & save this file elsewhere so
that I can keep track of flights by just copy & pasting it over the
corrupt one.
