You are the second person I've seen post about problems with dual monitors, only the other person had a problem because his were both at the same resolution. I run a 22" at 1650x1080 as primary and a 19" at 1280 x 1024 and haven't had a problem under XP or Vista. Did you set them up individually using NVidia NView?
