Flight Simulator X "Invalid CD-KEY"

Hello Guys,
I just Bought FSX like 5 hours ago
Installation went fine and also the Update went fine.
The problem is that, when I am trying to activate the game, it is saying
that the CD-KEY that came with the game is "INVALID". I don't know whats
going on. So i did a reinstall waited 30 minutes and still giving me the same
exact error. I am sure that the CD Key that I put is Correct. I even called
my friend at my house to check if it is right and we are both Confused.
Now Microsoft Knowledge base doesn't give you any solutions to this problem.
So I'm asking what steps do I need to take? Also I'm trying to find
Microsoft's Email but they require a PID, I don't even have a PID yet, I cant
even activate the damn thing.
If anyone here that have the same issue that I am experiencing right now,
raise your hand.
Also Please help me on this one.
I even upgraded my system just to play this and this is happening to me.
