Help My game is broken Not logged in -   Reply 
basically my flight sim has broken although I do not know how it has broken or whether i have done something to break it. What happens is when you are in the cockpit view instead of looking forwards at the flight deck and instruments you are looking backwards and you cannot change the view using the HAT switch on the joystick. Also when you are on spot plane view instead of staying still the camera moves round and round the plane and doesnt stop going around. Any ideas as to what has happened?

I have tried unistalling and reinstalling but it didnt work.

Seems to me a key in your keyboard is stuck or one of the controllers has a button stuck.

WHy don't you try disabling all controllers and try again, if that solves it then check the controller assignments or buttons. If that step does not solve your problem check you keyboard, what key would usually cause a back view and/or spot plane view pan non stop? I think Keypad number 2 and/or the down arrow key.

Ok the game works when i disable the joystick. so it is not a problem with the game it is with the computer and its not a problem with the joystick because that works with my two other computers.

Any ideas now? Crazy

Sure, try calibrating your Joystick again. There's a key or assignent causing the trouble. Check specially the axes and what levers are assigned to your controllers (all of them)

thanks i updated the drivers and now it is all working fine. Im now waiting until i have enough moeny for fs2004! and a new joystick
