Lost Map, Radio and GPS Buttons

I just recently installed a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro joystick. I works just
fine. The problems I am having is that the map, radio, and gps buttons do not
show up in the cockpit. I also have no control over the individual light
switches. The manufacter says that it is a software problem. I am running
Flight Simulator Acceleration on a 32 bit Vista operating system. If I unplug
the joystick and just use the keyboard everything shows up. Any ideas.
