Pre contract? I'm sorry I don't understand. He approached us with a product and intented to offer it using our e-commerce platform, we (simradar) sent him a contract in order to clear things up regarding liabilities and clauses to make sure who was in charge of what.

He told me to wait for him to review the contract, that's exactly what I'm doing. IF, for some reason he chooses NOT to go with us and distribute his software using other channel, then there's nothing I can do about it.

I think you need to understand that simradar is offering to Mikal what we offer to *EVERY* developer who asks for it. A forum to promote/support their software AND a personal web page. We DO charge a comission for sales, but THAT part requires a contract, the other is a FREE service, why would I ask someone to sign a contract for simply offering a Forum or free web space?

I agree, the process is a bit messy, guess this is his first time offering a product, but the only thing I can do about it is keeping this discussion open, without censorship, either good or bad things I will not delete them from the forum, I've provided you with explanations, screenshots and information in the most clear and direct way, I am very sorry if I failed to provide enough information about this process, I will simply wait for Mikal to come back and explain not only to me but also you guys what's going on.

I wonder when and if MAI Tower is ever going to come out.( If it is already is available: tell me where/how) I heard on other forums that it is plagiarized work. It would be nice to have a tower simulator and I'm very much looking forward to it.

Yeah, from what I hear this guy plagerized (didn't get permission) to remake the original BAO. you will never see this game. A good piece of advice, vist ATCSim2 website. Bruce Davis has already alluded to his enroute and tower sim's on the drawing boards for beginning production as the year turns. Wait for his tower edition, it'll be the best anyone has ever seen.

MAI Tower is what is known as vaporware - the whole thing has just plain vaporized. There is no MAI Tower. Forum admins ought to clean up stuff like this as this project apparently went the way of Airline CEO a very long time ago.
