You want a co-pilot reading checklists for different phases of flight? including making calls like gear up/down, flaps, V1, V2, Rotate etc. get Flightdeck companion.
You want better dynamic weather that the one that comes with FS2004? Get FSMeteo
Want the best add-on of all time? wait for PIC767 v2 (Version 1 only works for fs2002)
If you think the ATC you get in FS2004 is really simple and you want FULL complexity, VFR, IFR, runway, flight level changes, weather deviations, full ground, approach, center, departure, etc etc. get Radar Contact
If you want REAL Airlines in your flight simulator enviroment get ProjectAI packages. or the commercial Ultimate Traffic product.
you want professional flight plans? use FSBuild2
You want to load your aircraft with passanger/cargo and random load it each time you flight so it is a completely different experience? use ACLoader.
want to map keys to functions you'll otherwise be only able to do with the mouse? (e.g move dials, certains buttons etc.) use key2mouse
Want to capture your flight experience and or replays to screenshot you can later view or upload to image galleries? use FSScreen
Want to start Flight Simulator with a different configuration file? use the flag /CFG:fs2002.cfg or /CFG:fs9.cfg with the executable.
How do you find the programs we talk about here? Simradar.com it's a search engine right? well.. you can start searching.
