It's marketed as "chicken salt". As 'Old Bloke' remarked, it is seasoned
salt. It's supposed to add flavour to chicken when you are roasting it. If
you like salt on chips/fries it is rather pleasant.

Don't know what part of the chicken/chook they grind up to make it though Wink

You gotta be kidding me... do they still make that crap? My mother used
to have that stuff in our house in the 50's and 60's.

It was one of those "modern miracle" things from the 50's like Potato Buds,
Margarine and instant coffee that made the housewife's life easier.

Sorry world, the USA has moved on... you can't find that stuff in our
grocery stores any more. You'd find that the "baby boomers" of my
generation have embraced quality again. We drink fine wines, gourmet
coffees, eat real butter and 18 year old scotch is the minimum we'll
except.

Our generation has even demanded that Americans learn how to make good
beer.
