Be advised that the preferred method of comunication it through our Helpdesk ticketing system. To open a support request the only thing you need to do is go to the contact page located here: http://www.simradar.com/contact.html and select Online Store Support as the department to contact. don't forget to fill in your information and a brief description of the problem you have with the order or the product.
