Gentlemen,

Your video is complete.

The CD 'Spirit of the Glen' dropped through my letter box this morning
so I was able to add the final music sequence to your video.

For those of you who are not up to speed Smile a couple of weeks ago
Dudley and Arthur requested a flight sim video with bagpipes as the
background music, this is the result. I hope it meets your expectations.

As usual any comments and constructive criticism, from all group
members, is most welcome.

Quilly, I know you don't like solo pipes, so you may have to turn the
sound down for that bit. Smile

The CD Spirit of the Glen is being widely advertised on UK TV at the moment.
so I suppose some UK residents must like the bagpipes. However, perhaps.
like me, they find the massed pipes with the proper band as well, quite
acceptable. I look fwd to the video.

Great Vid. Loved the pipes.

Also love the way the Vulcan seemed to pass in review as it headed towards
the runway.

Yet another excellent MikeW production! Well done! It's obvious that a huge
amount of work went into that

Only a minor technical one and not your fault Mike but it was a little jerky
at times. Is that caused by the video capture software?

Very beautiful Mike. The Vulcan was quite a machine. I actually was
witness to one being barrel rolled once by an RAF demonstration team on
tour at the Willow Grove Naval Air Station in Pennsylvania. Unbelievable
watching that thing going around. We just stared in awe.

Methinks you have the makings of a side movie career going if you keep
doing these things.

Yeah, that scene took awhile to set up. I'm getting to like the pipes
more and more, but I must agree with Quilly, they sound much better when
in a band/group than as a solo.

Spot on Ian. For some reason, when I include more than one (add-on?)
aircraft in the video, the frame rates in FRAPS take a hit. In some
sequences I was down to 10 frames a second. I don't question it though,
that's far too technical for me. Smile

Another point. After uploading it to You Tube they then 'process' it,
and the video quality degrades quite a bit as well; this makes the
jerkiness even more pronounced.

Glad you enjoyed it though.

No way! I'm recently retired and making video's is hard work, a bit like
yard work Smile Enjoyable at times but only WHEN YOU want to do it.

Dudley, as I type this I am listening to the Spirit Of The Glen, what a
wonderful album. I am so glad you mentioned it earlier.
