Screenshots were taken as follows:

In VC and Spot view. Sim date set to Sep 30, 2005 and the same screenshots were taken but changing the date on the sim to Oct 1, 2005. notice the pitch black textures in the VC and the AC.

They ARE there... they simply look completely black (if I change to daylight they can be seen) they also can be seen at night when lighting occurs, so it is not missing textures.

I already found out what the problem was, it is ActiveSky V Night sky... I updated ActiveSky to the newer version and it replaces some files to avoid this from happening.
