Depends what I want to do. If I'm making an IFR flight through questionable weather, 2d is the only way to go. If I'm flying around just gawking at stuff, or practicing maneuvers, t&g's, etc, I like the 3d pit. Of course, a lot of the time if I'm having trouble making approaches to particularly tricky airports, I'll shut the panel off all together and just use the 4 gauge thing. (W key I think). I kind of consider that the most realistic view anyway. When concentrating on approach speed, glide slope, for a visual approach, you spend more time looking out of the pit then at the gauges. Cursory glances only. So, with no pit and only vital instruments, the lack of panel is pretty nice. My opinion anyway....<g> "Steve" <sgbirch@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:CVCFa.35474$9C6.1671986@wards.force9.net... > Dudley Henriques wrote: > > > I need a favor please, if some kind soul has a few moments :-) > > > > If anyone out there is using CFS3, I have a question please.
