My first and second ever sim were both on a cheap home computer that never
really made it in the USA AFAIK.

ZX Spectrum computer had a flight simulator made by a company called
'Psion'. Was it the same company that later made the great personal
organisers?

It also had a superb little gem called Nite Flight. The general idea was the
graphics may look a little more effective if there were none so you used the
instruments to land a plane on an all but black screen.

Anybody remember these golden ages of flight simulation.

Now, I fly over my own house with the superb VFR English scenery.
