Makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up eh?

I remember the good old days when Sinclair ruled the UK roost and zx81 had
1K of RAM ... this is no lie ... 1K.

For extra money you could splash out on a 16K ram pack that slotted in at
the back and at crucial moments in games or applications spontaneously
unconnected itself.

I thought I was the Lord of all mankind when I forked out on a 48K RAM ZX
Spectrum and as for the 128K Spectrum ... whew .. that really flew ... if
you'll pardon the pun.

Serious simming didn't start of course until the old 386SX with it's
glorious 4Mb RAM. But I digress ...

Phil
