E6AC, Wishing you all the best with your endeavour, don't let a few negative replies turn you off. As a 'real' pilot you you are best qualified to try to replicate the feel of the aircraft. Maybe you should repeat your questions at the 'MSFS Aircraft and Panel Design Forum' at http://www.avsim.com/, never used this, but seems to be the hangout for serious designers. I think there must be plenty 707 models around, and there are certainly pleanty 757 2D panels around, just search the various download sites. You can ask one of the creators of MDL file do let you have source code. In any case, what's the point of flying the plane from the outside anyway, all important is a good 2D panel and good flight dynamics . To edit or create a panel use FSPanelStudio ($25 payware) http://www.fspanelstudio.com/ or even the Windows notepad. In regards to changing flight data they are contained in aircraft.cfg and the xxx.air file. Edit aircraft.cgf in Notepad, re the .air file there is an interesting tool called AAM (Aircraft Airfile Manager) in http://www.aircraftmanager.com/ - beta is currently a free download. You may also want to have a look at ACM v2 (Aircraft Container Manager) from the same people - $15 payware, but can download and testride for free. Best of luck again, maybe one day I see your E6-A on one of the download sites!!!
