Robinson helicopter problems...

I'm very, very new to flying helicoptors, and I'm experiencing a problem
with the Robinson.
Every time I land, the motor cuts and I can't restart it.
The symptoms are the low RPM light comes on, power drops and strangely
enough fuel levels drop rapidly to zero. I then often get a message saying
"an engine is not started."
If I try to restart the motor/rotor spins but won't catch.
Now, my landings are still extremely rough, but I don't get the crashed
message and I don't see any damage nor fuel leakage in external views.
This doesn't happen in the Jet ranger, although my landings in that aircraft
are certainly no better!
Any one have any clues?
