How were you able to get Adacel (Wesson) to grant persmission to allow you to market this modified version of BAO Tower? It was my understanding that Adacel acquired all of the rights to all Wesson products once they bought out the company. Is this some of the legal aspects you have hinted upon?

Hi,

Good question. and, I think Michael should answer that. We'll simply distribute it using or e-commerce platform, and the contract between MAI-Tower/Simradar clearly covers the points concerning liabilities, licensing etc.

As I said, Michael is reviewing all that.

What I still don't understand is how is it possible for a Tower Simulator that has not been even annonced officially to create such an incredible number of emails. I've more than 250 emails for last 15 days asking all kinds of questions (Release dates mostly) I never imagined there were so many Tower simulator followers.

Well Jestuv, the answer to your ponder about the emails is that when no new screenshots are given for the game except the same ones that have been there for forever and the few new ones showing basically the same thing as the first, people wonder what else is there...........i mean if we see those screen shots only in the game, what's the fun in looking at that all the time. Most games in this world are pre-shown to followers with MANY MANY differnt screen shots, aspects, menu screens, etc. You all keep showing the same thing over and over again. I know Mikal must see everything, what's so hard about hitting print screen on something and posting it to the web? NOthing too hard about it at all. THe other reason for all the release date questiosn is that when you prolong a release for more and more and more time, then people wonder the credibility of the product. Take NCAA 05 or Madden.......the game comes out exactly 1 year from the previous release w/o fail. No excuses, the product is done, the previews are shown, the followers are gathered, and the profit is made. I think if Mikal took the same approach and just posted some DIFFERENT thigns once in a while, he'd eliminate all these bothersome questions. We're not asking for much, but looking at the same pictures day in day out isn't much fun.

Ok, you have valid points. I'm more of a Flight simulator guy than a Tower/ATC fan. So, I don't know if there's a lot of different screenshots to show, And, from my point of view I'm as a clueless as you in some areas of MAI Tower.

I was approached by Michael to provide a payment platform (We use Paypal and Cardservice International in our Online Store) so I'm making sure we cover everything (including legal aspects) that's why I sent him a contract.

Is it taking long? Yes it is. Would I like Michael to post more often? of course!!! but the guy likes people to call him!! I really don't see a problem there.

Why I wanted someone from the audience to be a Q&A tester? so THAT same guy reports to others about the product. If the product is not ready for prime time I'll simply not sell it. I have NOT seen the product. I only have seen screenshots like most of you guys.

I really want you guys to be satisfied, but Simradar is simply the middle man here. If I receive more information I'll post it.
