Since installing accelleration I often find the runway lights are square (or
rectangular!) and cannot find a solution. I am sure that I have seen a
comment about this elsewhere, but can't track it down. Has anyone else
experienced this, and what is the solution?

Thanks for any advice.

Rich

This is a classic symptom of a missing or corrupted texture
file that is reqired by the light effect(s).

I've been seeing several pots about this problem in various
forums, all relating to "after installing Acceleration".

I suggest that you add these lines to your fsx.CFG file
to find the problem texture:

Under the "SCENERY" section...

MissingLibraryAlert=1
ShowMissingTextureAlert=1

You can change the values to "0" once you have identified
the problem.

A "repair" of the installation may be necessary if you can't
locate or otherwise fix the texture file.

Paul
