How does one taxi around busy airports on FS after dark when you can't make
out the taxiways? Am I missing something obvious?
Thanks for your quick response.

If you play around a bit with your settings for the video card, you can
adjust the brightness, contrast, and gamma. Try putting a night scenario
with you on a taxiway in window mode, then open your card settings and
play around with them a bit. You should be able to lighten up the night
enough for you to see the runways and taxiways a bit better.

In real life, the night is quite dark.

In addition to Dudley's advice you should also be able to see the blue
lights bordering the taxiways. Each taxiway also has a designator off
to the left hand side shown as black letters on a yellow background.

You could also cheat a bit and turn on Progressive Taxi Wink

You can ask for "progressive taxi" from the ATC screen.

It'll lay down a guide on the tarmac you can follow.

Thank you. I've been around but not active in the FSX program.
