The File "Panels.dll" may be causing Problems!

I believe that the File "Panels.dll" version "XPack" (the one that comes with
MS FSX Acceleration) is causing my game to freeze and throw me out back to
desktop.
Maybe, if I knew how to make the older "Panels.dll" file (version 10)
compatible and readable by MS FSX Acceleration that would solve the problem.
When I replace Acceleration's panels.dll with the older version panels.dll
FSX can not start...
Any Help or Ideas?
