The HH-65 and BK-117 are from Search and Rescue:Coastal Heros, by Global Star Software. No addons available for this game that I know of. Just running a Dell Optiplex with a Gforce4 3d card. Have not had much luck with shots in FS2002 Pro, but I'm working on it.
