Hi Tony, I have the same problem. Have also posted this issue in a separate topic accidentally in FSX Acceleration Error and Mobile Intel(R) 945 Chipset Family. According to the hardware requirements on the package, the intel 945 should be acceptable assuming all drivers are up to date and there is at least 128MB RAM.
