fsx acceleartion install

i tried to install the pack but for some reason i get the error that some
program files did not load and fsx needs to be reinstalled, i did this
several time and even reformated my hard drve , now thanks to fsx
acceleration i have lost data and i spent money that microsoft products that
are bad andy ideas???
